Vice President

We are seeking a proven Vice President of Alternative Delivery to lead the pursuit and delivery of major water and wastewater projects across CMAR, Design-Build, and Progressive Design-Build delivery models.

This executive-level role will have full lifecycle involvement, from opportunity identification and pursuit strategy through preconstruction, GMP development, execution, and project closeout.

Critical Experience

• Proven track record delivering large alternative delivery water/wastewater projects ($500M+) from preconstruction through closeout.
• Demonstrated success winning major alternative delivery projects, with strong project references leveraged in SOQs, proposals, and client interviews.
• Extensive experience working with public owners, where key personnel qualifications and demonstrated experience are critical to selection.
• Credibility and experience to serve as a named key executive during procurement and remain actively involved through project execution.
• Strong background in client engagement, designer and JV partnerships, and integrated team leadership.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with owners and position the organization for repeat business.

Profile Requirements

• 20+ years of experience in water/wastewater construction.
• Recognized industry presence with established client relationships and references .
• Strong commercial, preconstruction, and operational understanding.
• Executive-level communication skills with credibility in client interviews, presentations, and negotiations .
• Proven ability to lead complex pursuits, build high-performing teams, and deliver successful projects.
• Results-driven leader who combines the ability to win work with the ability to deliver it successfully .

Core Role

• Lead strategic pursuits and serve as a key individual in securing major project awards.
• Develop and maintain senior-level relationships with owners, designers, JV partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Remain engaged post-award through preconstruction, GMP development, and execution.
• Act as executive sponsor for major projects, providing leadership, oversight, and support to project teams.
• Ensure successful project delivery, strong client relationships, and continued growth of the alternative delivery business.
