Position Summary
- Vice President of Strategic Collaborations will proactively build and manage executive-level relationships within the Precision Oncology Alliance (POA) network and identify new nationwide partners and sites.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop new and existing customer relationships for Caris’ POA and other strategically significant institutions.
- Establish and maintain productive relationships with executive leadership and key personnel; leverage these for strategic initiatives.
- Participate in executive-level discussions on collaborative projects for POA members.
- Monitor and communicate clinical molecular genomics developments (competitors, new technology, new test offerings).
- Partner with Executive Leadership, Medical, and Commercial teams to develop strategic initiatives and build executive relationships in key institutions.
- Maintain key clinical accounts in assigned territory through a collaborative approach across Caris Life Sciences.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in sales, consultative, or account management managing high-level relationships.
- Executive sales, academic institution, and community alliance building/account management experience.
- 50–60% travel within designated territory.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA, PhD, or M.S. preferred.
- Experience with executive-level collaborative sales/initiatives in Molecular Diagnostics, Anatomic Pathology, and/or Genomics.
Compensation
- Annual hiring range: $240,000–$260,000.
