Responsibilities
- Lead technology strategy, engineering excellence, and AI enablement across SPG's diverse business lines
- Partner closely with business leaders across all SPG divisions to drive digital transformation
- Modernize technology infrastructure, and position SPG as a technology-first specialty insurance leader
- Participate actively in Hub International's technology governance bodies, leadership forums, and strategic planning sessions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant work experience, Engineering, or related technical field; advanced degree preferred
- 15+ years of progressive technology leadership experience with at least 5 years in senior executive roles (VP Engineering, CTO, or equivalent)
- Proven track record leading technology organizations of 50+ engineers across multiple locations and business units
- Experience in insurance, financial services, or other highly regulated industries strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success in scaling digital platforms and e-commerce businesses (B2C and/or B2B)
