Vice President, Senior Business Development OfficerRemote Opportunity Available or On-site - Fishers, IN 46038Position DetailsAbout the Position:As a Business Development Officer (BDO), you will generate business leads and develop contacts to build profitable Small Business Administration (SBA) loan financing for customers. You will develop relationships and consult with customers to best understand their business financial goals and needs. In this role you will promote the bank's product and services via networking, affinity groups, cold calling, etc.What You Will Do:Execute strategies in order to sell Government Guaranteed Loans and other banking products/servicesAnalyze economic trends for industries, business and franchise for target marketingStructure financing proposals and negotiate terms and conditionsNetwork with referrals, brokers, etc. for sourcing dealsObtain appropriate information for initial credit underwritingWhat We're Looking For:A minimum of three years of proven commercial and small business relationship experienceBachelor's degree or equivalent work experienceIn order to function as a Senior Business Development officer, a BDO must have had $15,000,000 in production volume from the year priorWorking Conditions/Demands:Professional office setting.Primarily sedentary position requiring long periods of time working at a computer.Must be able to move throughout the office and buildings to obtain or relay information.Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.Who Are We?We're not just another bank and we're not looking for just another employee.
