Qualifications
- 3-7+ years of experience in venture capital, growth equity, private equity, or corporate development with a strong technology focus
- Demonstrated experience evaluating, executing, and supporting investments across software, AI, fintech, cybersecurity, or related sectors
- Strong network within the technology, startup, and venture capital ecosystem
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills with an entrepreneurial mindset
Responsibilities
- Source and evaluate investment opportunities across high-growth technology sectors
- Lead due diligence efforts, including market research, financial analysis, and management team assessment
- Develop investment memos and present recommendations to senior leadership and investment committees
- Manage portfolio company relationships and support founders on strategic growth initiatives
- Build and maintain relationships with founders, executives, investors, and industry stakeholders to drive deal flow and market intelligence
