About the Role

HCLTech is seeking an accomplished executive leader to join our Technology & Semiconductor vertical as Vice President - Executive Customer Leadership.

This is a highly strategic, customer-facing leadership role responsible for building trusted executive relationships, driving AI-led business transformation, shaping large-scale technology modernization initiatives, and accelerating growth across some of the world's most influential technology and semiconductor organizations.

The ideal candidate is a recognized industry leader with a demonstrated ability to engage CIOs, CTOs, SVPs, VPs, and senior business executives, helping them navigate enterprise transformation, AI adoption, product innovation, and business growth.

• This role requires a strong blend of executive presence, consultative selling, industry expertise, AI transformation leadership, and business acumen.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 15+ years of leadership experience in technology consulting, digital transformation, engineering services, or enterprise technology organizations.
• Extensive experience engaging and influencing C-suite and executive stakeholders.
• Proven ability to build trusted advisor relationships with senior customer leadership.
• Demonstrated success leading AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, and AI-native transformation programs.
• Strong experience translating AI technology investments into business outcomes.
• Proven record of creating and scaling AI-driven growth opportunities.
• Experience deploying AI solutions across - Product Engineering, Software Development, Data & Analytics, Enterprise Operations, Technology Platforms.
