Vice President - Remote

About the Role

Vice President – Remote, Full-time position at Anywhere Integrated Services.

Location: Mount Laurel, New Jersey, USA. Remote work from home with occasional travel required.

The base salary range for this position in Colorado is $150K to $200K. Position eligible for incentive compensation in the form of a bonus.

Job Responsibilities

• Partner with the Anywhere Integrated Services senior leaders to ensure continued and improved success of the National Operations Center.
• Use process engineering skills to improve the processes and utilization of systems.
• Increase overall efficiencies through partnership with the operations and management of a team of process improvement professionals.
• Lead a team of project managers to ensure successful completion of key organizational initiatives.
• Analyze productivity to ensure that standardization and centralization efforts are positively impacting operations.
• Determine and execute on automation initiatives that will move the organization forward through technology.
• Ensure that maximum utilization of vendors for key production activities.
• Support revenue growth initiative through establishment and execution of high-quality customer service.
• Manage the talent of the organization in the areas of acquisition, development and retention.
• Collaborate with all support functions (IT, Finance, HR, Legal and Marketing) on key improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with related and affiliated companies to help create a more integrated real estate experience for consumers and agents.
• Thoughtfully lead change management to minimize disruption from execution on major initiatives.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
• 5 years of experience in process engineering based on quantitative data analysis.
• Experience with automation of processes.
• Experience working closely with IT departments and/or on tech initiatives preferred.
• Experience in the title and settlement services industry preferred.
• Proven experience in thoughtful leadership of both direct and cross-functional remote teams.
• Exceptionally strong strategic thinking and analysis skills a must.
• Ability to work independently, including analyzing and proposing changes in strategy, tools, and structure.
• Enterprise wide change management skills a must.
