Vice President, Regional Branch Manager

Field Leader – Northeast United States

Lead with purpose and unlock your team’s passion. As a Field Leader, you will support independent financial advisors at LPL across New Jersey and Pennsylvania, driving profitability and advisers’ success for a growing region of multiple branches.

Responsibilities

• Partner with advisors to create and implement business growth plans while maintaining high retention and satisfaction.
• Support the recruitment of advisors by communicating LPL’s mission and vision.
• Assist with the transition of new teams to LPL operations.
• Build and maintain strong advisor relationships, balancing relationship depth with model profitability.

Qualifications

Required:

• 7+ years of branch experience as a manager, operations, or administration.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Series 7, 66, 9, and 10 licenses.
• 10+ years of financial services experience.
• Willingness to travel to branch offices as needed.

Compensation & Benefits

• Target compensation $300,000–$350,000.
• Base salary range $204,867–$341,445 (variable by experience, education, and geography).
