Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies specifically for public pension institutional investors, aligning closely with sales and product partners.
- Lead the integration of generative AI and advanced marketing technologies to enhance campaign effectiveness, personalization, and operational efficiency.
- Drive innovative, data‑driven marketing programs across digital, sponsorships, events, and content channels, with a focus on measurable outcomes and ROI.
- Oversee the creation and optimization of digital client journeys, ensuring a seamless and differentiated experience for institutional audiences.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑impact marketing initiatives, including thought leadership, events, and strategic partnerships.
- Foster a culture of experimentation, intellectual curiosity, and continuous improvement, encouraging the adoption of new technologies and approaches.
- Build and manage robust data reporting frameworks to inform strategy and demonstrate marketing value.
- Serve as a thought leader and advocate for marketing innovation within the public pension segment.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
- 8+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on institutional asset management.
- Experimental mindset with a willingness to test, learn, and scale new marketing approaches, especially applications of Generative AI.
- Experience and strong familiarity with leveraging third‑party sponsorships (e.g., Markets Group, Institutional Investor) and proprietary events as key channels to engage institutional investors.
- Strong intellectual curiosity and passion for leveraging technology to transform marketing.
- Proven ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Exceptional project management skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

- Experience focusing on institutional investors at public pensions or related segments.
- Track record of driving marketing innovation and measurable business results.
- Strong relationship‑building skills across sales, marketing, and product teams.
