Vice President, Procurement (Fully Remote)

Build and lead the retained procurement organization, including the Director of Procurement Operations, category managers, and a Contracts/CLM Manager. Implement a single enterprise source-to-pay process, purchasing policy, and intake process across all regions, including Brazil and Mexico. Develop category strategies for IT hardware, software, SaaS, telecom, distribution, and indirect spend, consolidating suppliers into enterprise agreements. Experience & Qualifications: 15+ years of procurement or supply chain experience, with at least 7 years leading procurement teams at director level or above. Proven record of building or centralizing procurement in a multi-entity organization, ideally one grown through acquisitions. Strong technology category experience and familiarity with source-to-pay controls, ERP systems, and spend analytics.
