Vice President – Engineered-to-Order Manufacturing
Houston, TX (Hybrid – 4 days onsite, 1 day remote)
Are you an executive leader with experience driving growth, operational excellence, and profitability within an engineered-to-order manufacturing environment?
I'm partnering with an established global manufacturer to identify a Vice President who will lead a business unit serving industrial customers across the Americas. This executive will have full P&L responsibility while overseeing manufacturing, engineering, sales, project execution, and aftermarket operations.
This is an opportunity to lead an established business with significant autonomy while driving strategic growth, operational performance, and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Lead the overall business strategy and execution for an engineered-to-order manufacturing division.
- Provide leadership across manufacturing, engineering, commercial operations, project execution, and customer support.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Lead multiple manufacturing facilities while developing and mentoring senior leadership.
- Build strong customer relationships and support strategic business development initiatives.
- Champion accountability, collaboration, and a high-performance culture.
What We're Looking For
- Executive leadership experience with full P&L ownership.
- Experience leading engineered-to-order (ETO) manufacturing organizations.
- Strong background overseeing manufacturing operations, engineering, and commercial teams.
- Experience leading multiple facilities, business units, or complex industrial operations.
- Proven ability to develop strategy while driving operational execution.
Highly Preferred
- Overhead crane, process crane, hoist, or material handling equipment industry experience.
- Experience with welding, fabrication, machining, or industrial equipment manufacturing.
- Custom-engineered capital equipment manufacturing.
