Vice President, Third Party Application EngineeringWe're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Third Party Application Engineering to join our People Hub team. This role is located in Pittsburgh.In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:We are seeking a skilled Oracle HCM Core HR Consultant with strong expertise in end-to-end configuration and Oracle HCM Cloud capabilities.The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in Core HR configuration, extensibility frameworks, and data management tools, along with Oracle certification.This role will support implementation, enhancements, and ongoing optimization of Oracle HCM solutions.Lead end-to-end configuration of Oracle HCM Core HR modules, ensuring alignment with business requirementsConfigure and maintain workforce structures (legal entities, business units, departments, jobs, positions)Design and implement Journeys (Oracle Journeys/Guided Journeys) to enhance employee experienceConfigure and manage DFF (Descriptive Flexfields), EFF (Extensible Flexfields), and KFF (Key Flexfields)Perform data migration, data loads, and maintenance using HDL and HSDLDevelop and maintain reports using OTBI for business and HR stakeholdersSupport troubleshooting, issue resolution, and system enhancementsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Payroll, and IT to ensure seamless delivery.Participate in quarterly releases, testing, and impact analysisOracle HCM Cloud Certification (mandatory)Strong experience in:Oracle Core HR configurationJourneys and employee lifecycle processesFlexfields (DFF, EFF, KFF)HDL / HSDL data load processesOTBI reportingTo be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:Basic knowledge or exposure to: HCM Extracts, Fast Formula, Advanced OTBI / BI reportingUnderstanding of integrations and data flows within Oracle HCMExposure to Oracle AI Agents / Redwood / AI-driven features is a strong advantageStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, global delivery environmentExperience supporting global HR implementationsExposure to Agile/Scrum delivery modelsExperience with other Oracle HCM modules (Absence, Talent, Payroll)
