Vice President of Operations - Transmission

Company: Leading Utility Contractor

Location: Texas - Hybrid

Primary Responsibilities and Duties:

• Manage the western transmission operations, including work in Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas.
• Oversee EPC projects, including engineering.
• Deal with clients, business development, project management, schedules, and accounting.
• Communicate with field personnel and company presidents.

Key Qualifications and Skills Required:

• Capable of managing work and clients.
• Understanding of how to build a transmission line and associated indexes.
• Experience in business development.
• Understanding of project management principles, schedules, and accounting.

Level of Experience:

• At least 10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in the field is crucial.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with construction management is also needed.
