My firm is working with a growing Fintech company who is looking for a VP of Operations to lead a growing consumer finance business. You will oversee customer service, collections, recoveries, payment operations, operational support functions, and vendors

Responsibilities:

• Customer experience/Customer Satisfaction
• Collections and recovery performance.
• Payment performance, processes, systems, and vendor relationships.
• Operational execution, efficiency & scalability.

Experience:

• Proven senior leadership experience in consumer finance, fintech, lending, servicing, collections or payments
• Success leading customer-facing operations and developing high-performing teams
• Data-driven using root-cause analysis
• Experience improving operational performance and managing vendors
