Exciting Opportunity: Vice President of Operations

About our Client:
A national third-party multifamily manager seeking a VP of Operations, Affordable, to lead their fee-management company and drive high-level service delivery and measurable results across diverse asset types.
Your Responsibilities as a Leader:
- Manage portfolio performance (12k units), including budgets, staffing, operations, and asset performance
- Develop scalable SOPs and KPIs to maintain asset consistency.
- Lead and mentor a team of 4 RVPs to instill a culture of service and accountability.
- Oversee systems and operations to ensure uptime and satisfaction.
- Partner with executives on capital planning and performance reporting.
- Lead transition planning and operational ramp-up for new acquisitions.
- Proactively identify and mitigate operational risks.
The Skills and Experience you Possess:
- 10+ years of leadership in affordable multifamily operations.
- 3rd-party management experience; working with various clients.
- Ability to scale operational systems within growth-oriented environments.
- Execution-first leader comfortable on-site and in the boardroom.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L accountability for high-value assets.
