VP OPERATIONS | MISSION CRITICAL / DATA CENTER CONSTRUCTION

A leading national construction organization is expanding its Mission Critical / Data Center business and is seeking a Vice President of Operations to help lead the next phase of growth.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced construction executive with the credibility to lead operations, win work, develop teams and drive financial performance.

The Role

• Lead and grow the Mission Critical / Data Center business
• Set sector strategy and drive operational performance
• Lead major pursuits, client relationships and business development
• Oversee preconstruction and project delivery
• Drive P&L, forecasting, risk and commercial performance
• Lead and develop Project Executives and operational teams
• Build the organizational structure, talent and leadership capability required for continued growth

The Ideal Candidate

• Senior construction leadership experience within Mission Critical / Data Centers
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including P&L responsibility
• Experience leading business development and major pursuits
• Strong client relationships and market credibility
• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams
• Entrepreneurial, strategic and commercially minded
