Overview
We are seeking a motivated, experienced individual with a strong manufacturing background to serve as the Vice President of Operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a well-experienced manufacturing team – the Director, Manufacturing reports to this position.
- Lead & manage our Engineering group – the Director of Engineering reports to this position.
- Lead & manage our Installation team – the Manager, Installations reports to this position.
- Oversee and facilitate schedule and supply chain.
- Meet production targets while systematically ensuring the highest level of quality.
Qualifications & Experience
- 8-15 years experience in the manufacturing and design of high-end products.
- 5-10 years experience fulfilling a senior role within a dynamic company.
- Excellent organizational, planning and follow-up skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Engaging mind – seeking to learn and grow.
Compensation
