Vice President Operations and Sales

About the Role:

New England Industrial Coatings Inc. is looking for a driven and experienced Vice President to join our leadership team in Webster, MA. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape the strategic direction of a respected industrial coatings company and lead a dedicated team toward continued growth and excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Provide executive-level leadership and strategic direction across all business operations
• Oversee daily operations including production, sales, and customer relations within the industrial coatings industry
• Drive revenue growth through business development, client acquisition, and market expansion strategies
• Collaborate with ownership and senior management to set and execute company goals and KPIs
• Manage and mentor department leaders, fostering a culture of accountability and performance
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and quality control protocols
• Analyze financial performance and operational data to guide informed decision-making

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a senior leadership or executive role, preferably in industrial coatings, manufacturing, or a related field
• Strong business acumen with experience in P&L management and operational oversight
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational growth
• Experience with business development, client relationship management, and strategic planning
• Knowledge of industrial coatings, surface preparation, or finishing processes is a strong plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field preferred
