We’re looking for a VP of Technology to build and lead the IT function for a growing industrial organization. This role will define the technology strategy, consolidate multiple legacy systems, and create a modern, scalable IT environment across several acquired manufacturing businesses.
What You’ll Do
- Build the overall IT strategy across support, operations, systems, infrastructure, and security
- Consolidate and modernize multiple legacy systems into a unified architecture
- Lead decisions on outsourcing versus in‑house capabilities , including MSP strategy
- Develop an AI and automation roadmap for operations and back‑office functions
- Build and manage an application development team
- Oversee all infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and OT environments
- Create and scale a real IT department from the ground up
What You Bring
- 10+ years of IT leadership in manufacturing or industrial environments
- Experience integrating and modernizing legacy systems
- Strong background in infrastructure, cybersecurity, and OT
- Ability to build and lead app dev teams
- Experience working with MSPs and driving consolidation
- Strategic mindset with hands‑on execution ability
