This Company is an industry leader it's respective space with a broad international footprint operating across multiple regions through a combination of direct operations and strategic partnerships. We are seeking a "generalist", who possesses experience in tax accounting, US/ CAN tax, and indirect tax.

We are seeking a Vice President of Tax for the United States and Canada to lead all aspects of the income tax function across these regions. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for U.S. and international tax planning, compliance, reporting, transfer pricing, tax accounting, and controversy management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required. Master’s degree in taxation or CPA preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in public accounting and a global corporate tax department.
• Extensive experience with U.S. and international tax operations in a global organization.
• Experience managing tax audits and tax controversy matters.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
