Vice President of Surgical ServicesProvide leadership in the development and implementation of hospital-wide activities and programs that promote a safe, patient-centered environment while contributing to continuous improvement and risk management initiatives.The VP of Surgical Services acts as the facility lead for strategic growth in surgical services; working in collaboration with the Central West Texas Division recruiters and facility leadership. Accountable for the effective, efficient, and compliant operation of surgical services at NAMC and SDSH. Responsible for planning, directing, monitoring, coordinating, evaluating and continually improving the operation of surgical services, to include OR, pre/post, endoscopy, sterile processing, business office, scheduling, and analysts.
