Recruiting Operations Lead

A quant, high‑frequency trading firm is seeking a Recruiting Operations Lead to join its global Recruiting team. The team works alongside recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to coordinate candidate interviews, enhance tools and processes, and focus on the recruiting experience. In this role, you will oversee the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruiting process.

Qualifications
