Kimedics is seeking a highly accomplished Vice President of Product to lead the company's product organization and drive the next phase of growth, innovation, and market leadership .

As the senior product executive, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a market-leading healthcare workforce platform serving health systems, physician organizations, and managed service partners . This role provides the opportunity to shape product direction at the highest level while influencing customer outcomes, business performance, and long-term competitive positioning .

Reporting directly to executive leadership, you will serve as a critical strategic partner across the organization, aligning market opportunities, customer needs, and business priorities to deliver meaningful value to customers and sustainable growth for the company.

The Opportunity

You will have the platform and authority to:

  • Define and execute the long-term product vision and strategic roadmap .
  • Drive product innovation , modernization , and market differentiation .
  • Identify emerging opportunities in artificial intelligence, automation, and predictive analytics that create measurable customer value.
  • Influence executive decision-making and corporate strategy .
  • Build and develop a high-performing product organization .
  • Strengthen collaboration across Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Executive Leadership .
  • Lead transformative initiatives that accelerate customer adoption, retention, expansion, and growth .

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Establish a clear product vision aligned to business objectives and market opportunities .
  • Lead the development and execution of multi-quarter product roadmaps .
  • Translate customer insights, market intelligence, competitive trends, and business priorities into strategic investment decisions.
  • Drive a disciplined product management operating model that balances innovation, execution, and accountability .
  • Champion AI-enabled capabilities and automation opportunities that enhance customer workflows and operational efficiency.
  • Develop product metrics and performance frameworks that support data-driven decision making .
  • Serve as an executive ambassador for the product organization with customers, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop product leadership talent while building a culture of excellence, ownership, and continuous improvement .

The Ideal Executive

The successful candidate will bring a demonstrated record of leadership within complex B2B software environments and will have successfully guided organizations through periods of growth, transformation, and product evolution .

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of Product Management experience, including 5+ years leading Product teams in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven success building, scaling, and transforming SaaS products and product organizations , not just managing existing roadmaps.
  • Experience leading organizational change , including team restructuring, process improvement, and talent development.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth, customer retention, and product adoption .
  • Experience owning product strategy, roadmap, pricing, and portfolio decisions .
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled products, automation, and emerging technologies .
  • Experience partnering with executive leadership, boards, and investors .

Preferred

  • Healthcare technology or healthcare SaaS experience.
  • Experience in healthcare workforce management, staffing technology, VMS, scheduling, or contingent labor solutions strongly preferred.
