Leading the Pricing team, the remote Vice President of Pricing will manage pricing strategies and forecasting models to optimize drug costs while collaborating with various teams to enhance SmithRx's market position and client offerings. Key responsibilities: Lead the Pricing team in developing and executing pricing strategies for proposals and client retention Collaborate with Sales to refine pricing offers and engage pharmacy consultants to communicate market expectations Develop and maintain drug spend forecasting models to inform pricing strategies and client outcomes Required qualifications: 10+ years of experience in analytical, forecasting, financial, or strategy roles, with 5+ years in healthcare or pharmacy-related positions Experience in PBM or Pharmacy Consulting preferred Strong familiarity with pharmacy industry dynamics and historical claims data analysis Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree or MBA preferred Proven track record of delivering quantifiable business impact in strategic and operational roles
