Overseeing the management and performance of the bank's commercial loan portfolio, the full-time salaried Vice President of Portfolio Management will lead a team of credit and portfolio professionals while ensuring high-quality portfolio administration, risk management, and client relationship support. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Portfolio Managers while fostering a collaborative, performance-driven culture Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial loans, ensuring ongoing monitoring for credit quality and compliance with bank policies Oversee preparation of annual reviews and risk rating analysis, participating in credit approval discussions to assess portfolio impact Required Qualifications Minimum 7+ years of experience in commercial credit and loan portfolio management within a financial institution 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience required Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred Credit Risk Certification (CRC), RMA designation, or equivalent preferred Strong understanding of commercial loan structures and regulatory compliance
