To shape enterprise-wide culture transformation, the full-time remote Vice President of People & Culture will manage the overall People & Culture strategy, lead a lean team, and drive human capital initiatives while partnering closely with the CEO and Senior Leadership Team. Key responsibilities Serve on the Senior Leadership Team to align human capital strategy with business objectives and drive culture transformation initiatives Lead and mentor a high-performing People & Culture team while establishing metrics to track talent health and execution against strategic milestones Oversee organizational design initiatives and manage employee engagement feedback to translate insights into actionable strategies for leadership Required qualifications 10+ years of progressive HR/People leadership experience, including 3-5 years in a P&C/HR function Proven track record of driving culture change and organizational design shifts Deep understanding of compensation architecture and multi-jurisdiction labor compliance Experience leading human capital due diligence and post-merger integration High emotional intelligence with the ability to coach executives and navigate complex employee relations matters
