Vice President of OperationsA growing industrial and technical services organization is expanding its operational infrastructure to support long-term growth and increased customer demand. The company operates in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment focused on operational excellence, quality, customer service, and continuous improvement.The organization is seeking an experienced operations executive to lead day-to-day operational performance across multiple functional areas. This leader will play a key role in driving operational efficiency, improving processes and systems, supporting strategic growth initiatives, and developing high-performing teams.

The ideal candidate combines strategic leadership with a practical, hands-on management style.Key responsibilities include:Leading operational execution across multiple business functionsDriving improvements in efficiency, productivity, quality, and delivery performanceDeveloping and enhancing scalable operational systems and processesPartnering with senior leadership on organizational planning and business initiativesSupporting financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocationLeading operational improvement and infrastructure development effortsBuilding, mentoring, and developing leadership and operational teamsFostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvementThe ideal candidate is an experienced operations leader with a demonstrated ability to improve performance, lead teams, and support organizational growth within a complex operating environment. Candidates should possess strong business acumen, leadership capability, and experience managing cross-functional operations in a growth-oriented organization.This role requires regular onsite leadership presence and collaboration across operational teams. Limited travel may be required based on business needs.Compensation: Base salary range: $225K + 25-35% bonus + equity
