With a client roster spanning public agencies and municipal utilities, this firm delivers design, planning, and engineering services that shape more adaptive communities.
This is a new executive leadership role . The CEO—an accomplished engineer and industry thought leader—is seeking a strategic operational partner to lead internal operations and team development, while she focuses on external growth, client relationships, and long-term strategy.

What You’ll Do:
Oversee day-to-day operations, resource planning, and project delivery.
Serve as a mentor and coach for a team of early-career and mid-level engineers.
Collaborate with the CEO on strategy, organizational growth, and business health metrics.
Implement systems and processes to support scale and efficiency.
Represent the firm in key internal meetings; occasional support in client-facing roles as needed.
Foster a culture of accountability, curiosity, and resilience.
What We’re Looking For:
15+ years of experience in consulting engineering, ideally in civil, environmental, or water/wastewater infrastructure.
Prior experience leading teams or business units; strong mentoring capabilities.
Demonstrated expertise in operational leadership, including project, financial, and personnel management.
PE license strongly preferred.
Deep familiarity with public infrastructure and municipal project environments.
