Beer Girl is growing and looking for an exceptional VP of Operations to join the team.
This is a player-coach role built for someone who thrives in a high-growth, early-stage environment and wants to own the full operational picture.
What you'll own:
Production & Supply Chain
Demand forecasting, co-packer scheduling, raw material and packaging procurement, inventory management, and POS planning for 3PL fulfillment.
Order Fulfillment & Distributor Operations
End-to-end order processing, outbound freight coordination, distributor invoicing, accounts receivable oversight, and market-level transaction reporting.
Distributor Management & Compliance
Distributor onboarding, state-by-state licensing and label approvals, compliance tracking across active markets, depletion data management, and performance tracking against agreed plans.
POS & Merchandise Operations
Full POS inventory lifecycle management, 3PL fulfillment center oversight, and back-end support for the merchandise sales channel.
This role also owns the technology stack across production, finance, and sales operations — and works closely with leadership on strategy and reporting.
