Vice President Of OperationsA growing regional company is looking for a Vice President of Operations to lead service delivery, operational performance, and scalable growth across the organization. This is a senior leadership role responsible for ensuring that client commitments are delivered consistently, teams are aligned, and operational processes support continued expansion.The right candidate will be a strategic and hands-on operator who can manage leaders, improve systems, support client success, and partner with sales and executive leadership to strengthen the company's performance in the local market.Key ResponsibilitiesLead day-to-day and long-term operational strategy across the assigned regionOversee service delivery, team performance, client satisfaction, and operational efficiencyManage and develop operational managers and department leadersPartner with sales and client-facing teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service executionEstablish and monitor key performance indicators, reporting processes, and accountability systemsIdentify opportunities to improve workflow, cost control, quality, and client retentionSupport planning for regional growth, staffing, capacity, and resource allocationEnsure teams are aligned with company standards, client expectations, and internal proceduresResolve escalated client or operational issues in a timely and professional mannerCollaborate with executive leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives
