Vice President of Network Development

Overseeing provider network and contracting activities, the full-time Vice President of Network Development will lead provider network strategy, manage contract negotiations, and support market expansion initiatives in a remote setting. Key responsibilities: Lead the coordination and negotiation for the contracting department, supporting contract negotiations with detailed analysis Evaluate provider network costs and growth opportunities, recommending expansion strategies as needed Establish and implement the department's strategic vision, objectives, and quality standards Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; MBA or MHA preferred 10+ years of experience in network development and provider relations or contracting management within healthcare Previous management experience, including hiring, training, and performance management of staff Valid driver's license
