Vice President of Network Development

To drive the recruitment and development of high-performing networks of MSK specialists and primary care providers, the full-time remote Vice President of Network Development will establish national strategies, oversee provider engagement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance value-based care performance. Key responsibilities Establish and lead the network recruitment strategy for MSK VBC programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals Collaborate with VBC leadership to enhance provider engagement and performance improvement initiatives Communicate network development strategies and performance metrics to executive stakeholders and clients Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree; MHA preferred Minimum 8 years of experience in healthcare consulting, network development, and value-based care operations Extensive knowledge of value-based care programs and reimbursement models Proven executive-level leadership skills with the ability to influence multidisciplinary teams Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable recruitment strategies
