Vice President of Manufacturing

We’re seeking an accomplished Vice President of Manufacturing to provide strategic and operational leadership across a large, multi-site manufacturing organization within the packaging industry.

This executive will drive safety, quality, operational performance, and profitability while developing strong plant leadership and advancing a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Working closely with Commercial, Finance, HR, and executive leadership, this individual will help shape and execute the broader manufacturing strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site manufacturing operations with a focus on safety, quality, service, efficiency, and profitability.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve performance, reduce costs, and strengthen operational consistency.
• Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
• Coach and develop operational leaders while building a strong leadership and succession pipeline.
• Partner cross-functionally to align manufacturing priorities with broader business objectives.
• Oversee supply chain and inventory strategies to support efficient production flow.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience, including significant multi-site responsibility.
• Experience within packaging or a similarly complex manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong financial and business acumen with a track record of improving operational performance and profitability.
• Proven ability to lead through others, develop high-performing teams, and drive accountability across multiple locations.
• Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
