- Minimum of ten (10) years’ experience negotiating and administering collective bargaining agreements, including first chair experience in negotiations, labor arbitrations, and grievance proceedings
- Publicly traded or large, complex company experience

- Master’s in Labor Relations
- Proven partnership with senior leadership on business performance
Responsibilities
- Develop the collective bargaining strategy and oversee the negotiation of collective bargaining agreements in collaboration with management
- Build relationships with key labor organizations and external representatives
- Evaluate and assist with the effective resolution of grievances and other local conflicts resulting from the labor agreements
- Counsel managers and employees regarding the interpretation and application of collective bargaining agreements, as well as the intent, application, and compliance requirements of labor and regulatory laws
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with operations and union leadership to address and resolve issues and proactively implement effective workplace practices
