Responsibilities
- Lead infrastructure operations across North America supporting mission‑critical supply chain and corporate systems.
- Partner with business and technology leaders to ensure infrastructure supports strategic priorities and operational success.
- Define and execute Uline’s technology infrastructure strategy aligned to business growth and long‑term objectives.
- Drive modernization across data center, cloud, network and end‑user environments to improve scalability, reliability and efficiency.
- Guide infrastructure investment planning, balancing resiliency, performance and cost effectiveness.
- Build and lead a high‑performing leadership team focused on accountability, succession planning and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- 15+ years of IT infrastructure leadership in large, complex enterprise environments.
- Proven success leading mission‑critical infrastructure operations across multiple sites.
- Experience managing a large‑scale data center.Strong track record of collaboration to align technology strategy with business goals.
