For All Seasons, Inc. is seeking a strategic, collaborative, mission-driven Vice President of Human Resources to guide the organization’s people strategy as a member of the Executive Leadership Team . This Easton, MD onsite role partners closely with the President & CEO to shape workforce planning, organizational development, employee engagement, compensation, compliance, talent acquisition, and employee relations.
Compensation for this position is USD 100,000 - 115,000 per year . The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of progressive HR leadership and a track record of using workforce data to support organizational decisions.
What you’ll do
- Serve as a strategic member of the Executive Leadership Team and an advisor to the President & CEO.
- Develop and implement the organization’s HR strategy aligned to overall strategic priorities.
- Lead talent acquisition, workforce planning, succession planning, and retention initiatives.
- Strengthen organizational culture by promoting engagement, accountability, inclusion, and professional growth .
- Coach and consult leaders on employee relations, performance management, organizational change, and leadership development.
- Oversee compensation, benefits, performance management, and employee recognition programs.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulatory requirements.
- Lead the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Use workforce data and analytics to inform organizational decision-making.
- Build and lead a high-performing HR department focused on service, collaboration, and continuous improvement .
What you bring
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Ten or more years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience, including executive-level responsibility.
- Proven expertise in employment law, employee relations, organizational development, and strategic workforce planning.
- Experience leading organizational change and partnering with senior leadership.
- Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
