Seeking a strategic leader, the full-time Vice President of Global Health Communications will manage a growing portfolio of creative activations and communications in global health and HIV, serving as the day-to-day lead for key workstreams while ensuring client satisfaction and team cohesion in a remote or onsite environment. Key responsibilities Serve as the day-to-day lead for key workstreams, ensuring delivery of high-impact, insight-driven work for leading life sciences companies Own the operational, financial, and team health of assigned accounts, contributing to organic growth and supporting new business efforts Lead, develop, and coach the team, demonstrating a commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion while inspiring the next generation of leaders Required qualifications Approximately 8-10 years of PR/communications agency experience Strong knowledge of the global health, HIV, and drug access landscape for underserved populations Experience managing dynamic creative communications campaigns with a deep understanding of integrated communications Exceptional interpersonal skills with a collaborative style and effective communication abilities A passion for creativity and delivering meaningful impact in a collaborative environment
