Leading a global organization, the full-time Vice President of Financial Services will be responsible for the strategy, performance, and transformation of shared services operations, including Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Payroll, and Financial Analytics, while working in a hybrid environment. Key responsibilities Develop and execute the long-term vision and strategy for Financial Shared Services Champion large-scale business transformation initiatives to improve service quality and efficiency Provide executive oversight of procurement, accounts payable, and accounts receivable functions Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in finance or shared services 10+ years leading large teams and transformational initiatives Demonstrated success in building and scaling enterprise shared services organizations MBA, CPA, CMA, or other advanced business credential preferred
