To lead the integration of Finance and People technology strategies, the full-time Vice President of Finance Strategy will manage a global portfolio of over 95 applications, ensuring operational continuity and driving innovation while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain multi-year Finance & People Systems roadmaps aligned with enterprise architecture and corporate AI strategy Own end-to-end systems operations, ensuring reliability, data integrity, and compliance for a global user base of approximately 50,000 employees Serve as the primary technology relationship owner for senior Finance and HR leadership, presenting unified technology strategies and investment cases Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred 15+ years of progressive technology leadership experience, including 5 years in senior Finance and/or HR technology roles at a global scale Demonstrated experience with Finance and People technology platforms, including Workday Financials and Workday HCM Proven track record in delivering complex technology transformation programs on time and within budget Experience driving AI adoption within Finance and/or HR functions, including familiarity with AI use case development and governance frameworks
