RoleOverview

WearelookingforaseasonedVPofEngineering toleadandscaleourglobalengineeringorganization.Thisleaderwillberesponsiblefordrivingthetechnologyvision,buildinghigh-performingteams,anddeliveringscalable,enterprise-gradeAIproducts.TherolerequiresdeepexpertiseinAI/GenAIsystems,distributedarchitecture,andenterpriseSaaSplatforms .

KeyResponsibilities

• Defineandexecutetheengineeringstrategyandtechnologyroadmap alignedwithbusinessgoals
• Build,lead,andscalehigh-performingglobalengineeringteams
• DrivearchitectureanddeliveryofAI/GenAIplatforms(LLMs,RAG,NLP,agenticsystems)
• Ensurescalability,reliability,andperformanceofenterpriseSaaSproducts
• PartnercloselywithProduct,Sales,andCustomerteamstodelivercustomer-centricsolutions
• Establishbestpracticesinsoftwaredevelopment,DevOps,andqualityengineering
• Leadhiring,mentoring,andleadershipdevelopmentacrossengineeringteams
• DriveinnovationinAI,dataplatforms,andcloudinfrastructure
• Managebudgets,planning,andezecutionforengineeringinitiatives

RequiredQualifications

• 15+yearsofexperienceinsoftwareengineering ,with5+yearsinseniorleadershiproles
• Provenexperienceleadingengineeringteamsinhigh-growthSaaSorAIcompanies
• Strongexpertiseindistributedsystems,cloudplatforms(AWS/Azure/GCP),andmicroservices
• ExperiencebuildingandscalingAI/GenAIsystems(LLMs,RAG,NLP,searchplatforms)
• Trackrecordofdeliveringenterprise-gradeproductsatscale
• Strongleadership,communication,andstakeholdermanagementskills

PreferredQualifications

• ExperienceinFieldService,CustomerService,orenterpriseoperationsdomain
• FamiliaritywithSalesforce,ServiceNow,orenterprisesystemintegrations
• Experiencewithvectordatabases,embeddings,andAIevaluationframeworks
• Backgroundindataengineering,analytics,orsearchsystems
