MMG is working with a National Multi-Family Development Firm currently seeking a Vice President of Development .

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Source and maintain pipeline of land for new development
• Identify and originate desirable multifamily development opportunities in target markets
• Manage public approvals process for proposed developments
• Develop and maintain relationships with land owners, brokers, vendors, community partners and public officials
• Ensure development team is meeting deadlines to complete the projects on schedule
• Formulate strategy for development initiatives and a whole, and projects individually

Qualifications include:

• BS in a Construction or Development related field preferred.
• Multi-Family Development experience required.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and Word
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills; detail-oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
