Leading the strategy and execution of enterprise Data & AI capabilities, the fully remote Vice President of Data Engineering will define the engineering roadmap, establish scalable architectures, and build a high-performing global team while collaborating with various stakeholders to drive AI innovation and productivity. Key Responsibilities Define and execute the Data & AI engineering strategy and roadmap in alignment with business objectives Establish secure and cost-effective architectures for enterprise data and AI applications Lead the development of capabilities across AI/ML, GenAI, and intelligent automation, transitioning solutions from experimentation to production Required Qualifications 15+ years of experience in technology or engineering, with significant expertise in data and AI engineering 7+ years of leadership experience in building and managing engineering teams, preferably in global organizations Experience in developing enterprise data and AI platforms and engineering strategies Strong understanding of modern data platforms, cloud technologies, and AI/ML Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
