Vice President of Capital Cost Management

Owning the capital cost discipline across the project lifecycle, the full-time remote Vice President of Capital Cost Management will establish project cost estimation, control, and forecasting standards while collaborating with Finance and Construction teams. Key responsibilities Establish and maintain estimating standards for capital projects, ensuring consistency in methods and reporting Own the approved project cost baseline, documenting and evaluating changes accurately Consolidate project estimates, commitments, actuals, and forecasts into a complete estimate at completion Required qualifications 12+ years of relevant experience in construction cost, estimating, or project controls, with significant leadership experience Proven experience in capital cost management from preconstruction estimating through project completion Direct experience in integrating project estimates, commitments, and forecasts Experience in establishing cost-reporting standards across capital projects Strong working knowledge of construction cost drivers and project controls, with data center construction experience preferred
