Role
- Report to CTO
- Lead the architecture and software engineering teams
- Ensure reliability, security, scalability, and technical evolution
- Responsible for enterprise architecture, solution design, integrations
- Establish engineering strategy and set technical direction and priorities
- Identify, hire, develop and promote Directors, Managers, Team Leads
- Drive the continued modernization of toward a modern architecture
- Manage budgets to ensure investments align with strategy and roadmap
- Establish clear expectations, performance measures, and accountability
