FourFound is partnering with a leading independent investment bank that is continuing to expand its Digital Infrastructure team in New York.
The team advises across M&A and strategic transactions spanning Data Centers, AI Infrastructure, Fiber, Telecom, Towers, Broadband and wider Digital Infrastructure.
The Role
- Lead execution across complex M&A & advisory transactions
- Oversee modelling, valuation, diligence & transaction materials
- Work directly with senior executives, sponsors & investors
- Develop client relationships and contribute to origination
- VP-level Investment Banking experience
- Strong M&A / advisory execution background
- Proven transaction leadership & junior team management
- Strong client-facing capabilities
- Digital Infrastructure / Telecom / TMT experience is a plus, not essential
