In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing and facilitating Drees Homes financed purchase loans through exceptional customer service.Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage relationships with Drees Divisional Management, Sales Managers and Market Managers to maximize team efforts to sell homes and originate mortgagesEnsure First Equity meets desired capture rate, margins, profitability, and customer service goalsStaff and train Loan Officers to ensure they have the knowledge and skills required to meet both Drees and First Equity objectivesManage and assign responsibilities to Loan Officers to maximize efficiency and distribution of workloadProvide finance related sales tools such as extended locks and relative marketing information to Drees sales staff by working in conjunction with FEM secondary marketingMonitor Loan Officers to ensure they are compliant with guidelines established by regulatory agencies to avoid riskKnowledge and Skills:Proven ability to successfully lead a sales teamStrong written and verbal communication skillsResults oriented with strong organization and negotiation skillsAnalytical problem solver with the ability to see the big pictureHigh level of personal and professional integrityCustomer focused, self-motivated and positive attitudeGood computer skills including Microsoft Office SuiteRequirements:College degree required, in related field preferredValid NMLS licenseMinimum 8-10 years personal Mortgage Loan Originator experienceMinimum 3-5 years Mortgage Loan Origination Management experienceExperience in the residential construction loan origination industry a plusThis position is in our First Equity Mortgage Fort Mitchell, KY office.First Equity Mortgage offers competitive pay and a full benefits package including profit sharing & 401(k) plans.SummaryEqual Opportunity Employer / Drug-Free Work PlaceTo learn more about Drees Homes, please visit our website -
