Philanthropy Massachusetts (PMA) is seeking a Vice President, Member Programs & Engagement (VP) to serve as a senior member of the executive leadership team. This role leads the strategy, design, and execution of high-quality programs that deliver an exceptional member experience and strengthen the philanthropy ecosystem.
Position details
- Reports to: CEO
- Location: Massachusetts (hybrid - 3 days in office, including Thursday \"all in\" day)
- Travel: Local/regional meetings and conferences several times annually
- Experience required: 8+ years senior level experience leading programs or member services, including team management
- Compensation: $115,000-$125,000 (firm), plus benefits
- Role breakdown: Program 60% / Strategy 20% / Operations 20%
