We are currently partnered with a growing Biotech company that is seeking a VP of Medical Affairs to join their team. This company already has an FDA approved product on the market with a robust pipeline in solid tumor Oncology.
In this role, you will be providing strategic leadership and works closely with cross-functional leadership that includes Clinical Development, Regulatory Affairs, Commercial, Legal, Research & Development and Business Development to ensure that the Medical Affairs scientific and medical strategies are aligned with broader corporate and medical community needs.
Responsibilities
- Guide the development and alignment of prosecution and development of Key Medical Objectives that will enable the larger Corporate Objective.
- Will be responsible for creating and periodic maintenance/update of all Medical Affairs’ related SOPs and Guidance documents.
- Will directly manage Medical Director(s) and functional leads as outlined in the Medical Affairs organizational chart.
- Provides medical expertise, medical support and oversight and management to all Medical Affairs functions and reports.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5-10+ years Industry experience in Medical Affairs required.
- Ability to travel 20-30% nazlaw.
The annual base salary range is $280-320k. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
