A leading agricultural equipment platform is seeking a Vice President of M&A to drive growth through strategic acquisitions and enterprise value creation. This role will lead the evaluation, sourcing and execution of acquisitions across the agriculture sector, helping expand market presence, manufacturing capabilities and product offerings. Working closely with executive leadership and investment partners, the Vice President will develop industry investment theses, cultivate relationships with acquisition targets and key stakeholders, and support transactions from origination through closing.
