Vice President, It Technology & StrategyOur client is seeking a Vice President, IT Technology & Strategy who will lead the global strategy, portfolio management and planning for the information technology & digital organization. As a key direct report to the CIDO, the VP will be a key driver of the firm's technology transformation efforts, ensuring continued alignment of the firm's business and technology strategies. S/he will lead our technology program management office and change management efforts.
S/he will ensure the alignment of technology solutions with business objectives while serving as an influential member of the Information Technology & Digital leadership team.How you will impact the firmWork with CIDO to define and lead multi-year IT & Digital Strategy and ensure alignment with overall enterprise business goals and related governance processes.Produce strategic roadmaps to maximize the impact of technology across the enterprise, defining how technology will shape the company's overall strategy, governance, and structure.Lead and be accountable for the enterprise-wide IT & Digital Strategy, Enterprise Architecture, and Enterprise Program Management Office.Design and implement methods to strengthen the decision making regarding our technology architecture and solutions.Collaborate effectively with the IT & Digital leadership team to ensure alignment andCreate, lead and drive change management practices and processes for the IT & Digital function.Build and manage OPEX and CAPEX budgets to support the strategy.Lead the enterprise technology budgeting, forecasting, and planning process.Lead the ePMO and ensure a balanced portfolio of IT projects, driving measures, standardization, and efficiencies.Develop balanced score cards and dashboards for executive leadership to track progress and drive accountability.Partner and collaborate effectively with key stakeholders.Leverage and deploy industry best practices and emerging technologies to ensure the development and execution of effective and efficient systems and solutions.What you need to succeed:Bachelor's degree required and MBA or advanced degrees are desired.Fifteen-plus years in IT leadership or similar operational rolesExperience leading large enterprise program teams.Strong experience managing CAPEX and OPEX.Ability to effectively collaborate with the business and set technology-based strategies.Proven ability to build effective relationships and successfully implement digital technologies.Results orientationPeople and team leadershipAbility to develop and maintain highly productive relationships.Ability to travel up to 10 - 20%
